How It Works/What to Expect: Change your attitude, change your life.
What Else Can Go Right is a concept (an attitude adjustment of sorts), that focuses on what is going right in your life. My husband and I embarked upon this idea as an experiment in improving our own lives, outlook for the future, and overall happiness and well-being. Once we made the ‘switch’ from complaining and focusing on what wasn’t going right in our lives, amazing things began to occur. Check out my blog about the Magic Green Cloth to hear the whole story. I hope it inspires you too!
When you feel worried, anxious, or depressed, being grateful can be even more challenging. Wouldn’t it be nice to have a toolbox full of tools to tap into any time you need to? Wouldn’t it be nice to relax into your day from the start with the confidence and esteem you have been limiting? And wouldn’t it be really nice to get to the root of your core issues…Anxiety…once and for all?
Anxiety takes prisoners! In mental health counseling, psychology, and psychiatry, “co-morbidity” means the presence of more than one diagnosis manifesting in an individual simultaneously., e.g. Asperger’s, ADHD, Addiction, OCD, Depression. Just think how improved your life would be, and other challenges reduced, if your anxiety was managed properly. When was the last time someone told you to ‘just relax’? Did your anxiety magically get better? I imagine not.
Expect to feel better about who you are. Expect things to work out for you. Expect to take 100% responsibility of your life, your feelings, and your relationships. Expect results! When you take ownership of your own ‘stuff’ you have the opportunity to make changes. You have the chance to do things differently…rewrite your script with a happy ending! Stop blaming others and looking outside of yourself for the answers. You have them within you. You have the power to make your life great!
If you are ready to feel great, take back your power, have fun, and live the life you are meant to live, then my Life Skills Coaching is for you. You begin by setting positive intentions – done with intended purpose and value. Finding value in everything you do simply makes good sense!
